The RoleThe RoleObjective: Overall Company HR and Administration strategy and setting and implementation Main responsibilities : - Set up the human resource strategy to comply with the company strategy, provide suggestion and data collection for key decision-making. - Design the Organization Chart,optimize the manpower - Set up and implement and supervise the labor manual, HR policy, wellfare policy, performance appraisal, salary grade system etc. - Assist departmental manager to design and update the Job Descriptions and competency requirement according to the company development, ensure the Job Descriptions in line with the actual implement, evaluate the competency regularly - Set up and implement a recruitment plan - Set up the communication channel between employees and senior management, strengthen employees relationship, handle labor disputes - Organize the salary review and promotion evaluation - Set up and implement annual training plan and employee career path, achieve training objective - Set up and implement house keeping procedures - Communicate and cooperate with cross functional department for Human Resource affairs Reporting to : Assistant General Manager Subordinates : Administration Team Other interactions : Other Department Heads Number required : 1 Duration : 1 year Contract Desired start date : As soon as possible Probation : 3 months Working hours : Sat-Wed: 8am-4:30pm, Thu: 8am - 12Noon Travel requirements : Occasional to Tehran Gross monthly base salary : 25,000,000 IRR Commission / Bonus : As per company policy Other Benefits : Local housing, Company car, supplementary Insurance |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : Graduate in related fields Previous experience : Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position Specialist knowledge : - Experience of undertaking and supervising payroll - Experience of developing learning and development policy with excellent capacity building/training of personnel appraisal Other Skills : - Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, including the ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence a variety of audiences - Strong leadership and diplomatic skills - Experience of establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures - High level administrative and organisation skills and attention to detail with experience of implementing administrative control at field level - Focused individual with capacity to plan and manage and multiple deadlines working environment - Experience of a flexible approach to managing and prioritising a high workload in a fast paced environment with ability to proactively identifying and address issues - Confident user of MS Office, and HR databases Ideal Age Range : 35-45 Gender Preference : Male Nationality Preference: No Preference Language Skills : English and Farsi Current Residence : Anywhere |
