The Role


The Role


-Assisting with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
-Scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process and updating talent database.
-Preparing recruitment and training related reports
-Providing clerical and administrative support to HR team
-Assisting with internal and external audit process
-Maintaining HR Information and Records Management Systems
-Supporting new joiner process (collection of required documents, Onboarding )
-Administrating HR social media
-Assisting in training related tasks
-Reporting to: HR manager

Requirements


Requirements


-University qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
-Previous Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience (experience in Human Resources is preferred)
-Specialist knowledge: Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English
-Current Residence: Tehran
-Ideal Age Range: 23-32
