The Role


The Role


The selected individual must be able to:

• Organize and manage all aspects of the Human Resource Function with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations and special projects to create efficiencies and motivation.

• Implement Develop and HR policies in line with local regulations and business exigencies of the Company.

• Maintain an effective performance management system aligned with the Company's objectives.

• Designing job descriptions relying on the Company's Business Plan

• Take responsibility for training within the Company and maintenance of leave, payroll systems and personal data of employees

• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs
Responsible for employee data/record and contract of employment

Reporting to: Manager

Required for: Affiliated Companies

Duration: Permanent position

Working hours: Ordinary

* Same position is also available for around Tehran (Karaj, Hashtgerd, Eshtehard)

Requirements


Requirements


• Previous experience: At least 3-6 years experience (preference: Automotive industry)

• Other Skills: Hardworking / Flexible / Analyzing

• Ideal Age Range: 26 - 40

• Language Skills: Must be good both in written and spoken English

• Current Residence: Tehran or Karaj

• Educational qualification: A university degree in management sciences or business administration.
