The Role


The Role


Report to: HR Manager

1. Recruitment and selection
• Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company's requirements.

2. Payroll:
• Time Sheet Calculation, Control Payroll, compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required.

3. Performance appraisal
• Coordinate and conduct semi-annual employee performance appraisal.

4. Administrations:
• Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses,...

5. Other assignments:
• Understand the local employment laws.
• Maintain, update and expand the company policies.
• Coordinate, schedule and conduct training for new hires and current employees.
• Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
• Facilitate the execution of all training plans.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in related field.
2. At least 3 years relevant experience.
3. Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
4. Good in writing and speaking English.
5. Strong IT Skill.
6. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

About the Company


About the Company


CNPCI (China National Petroleum Corporation) International, Cyprus Limited and Naftgaran Engineering Services Company of Tehran (NESCO) have jointly been awarded the "Buy-Back" Contract for the Masjed-I-Suleyman Oil Field. CNPCI will be the Operator and 75% owner of the project, Naftgaran Engineering Services Company with 25% share of the project.

The project is defined as re-development of the Asmari reservoir with the objective of the establishment of incremental production of 25,000 barrels of marketable oil per day. Additional objectives include the transfer of technology to Iranian Nationals and the introduction of modern technologies in the development and production of the reservoir.
