The Role


Objective: To achieve HR department goals.

Main responsibilities :

To assist HR Manager in:
1. Handling performance appraisal system
2. Training and HR development issues
3. Designing job descriptions
4. Running motivation systems
5. HR planning
6. Analyzing and modifying compensations and benefits
7. Recruitment of talented people

Reporting to : HR Manager
Number required : 1
Duration : 6 Months contract
Desired start date : Asap
Probation : 3 Months
Travel requirements : Some traveling inside the country.

University qualifications : BS in related fields

Previous experience : At least one year experience in HR department.

Specialist knowledge : Familiar with MS Office, Internet.

Other Skills :
1. Strong in public relationship and Good communicator.
2. Responsible and committed.

Ideal Age Range : 25 - 35
Nationality Preference: Iranian
Language Skills : Good command of English
Current Residence : Tehran (Head quarter)
