The Role


- Check raw ingredients for maturity or stability for processing and finished products for safety, quality, and nutritional value.
- Inspect food processing areas to ensure compliance with government regulations and standards for sanitation, safety, quality, and waste management standards.
- Evaluate food processing and storage operations and assist in the development of quality assurance programs for such operations.
- Study methods to improve aspects of foods, such as chemical composition, flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, and convenience.
- Stay up-to-date on new regulations and current events regarding food science by reviewing scientific literature.

- Master of Science or Bachelor degree in Food Engineering
- At least 2 years related experience in food companies
- Expertise in microbiological and chemical Lab affairs
- Good understanding of Ministry of Health obligations

The marine products of Tohfe Food Company were introduced to the national market by aiming at development of culture for consumption of fish. The canned products in this complex are produced in the Konarak fishery beach production complex that is located in a land with area of 20000 square meter with substructure of 9000 square meter and through exploitation from the state-of-art world technologies and by the aid of expert group and possible production rate (150000000 cans per year).
Of achievements of complex one can refer to production of fish cans at different sizes, fish in olive oil can tuna fennel, dietary dishes as well as tuna salad, tuna and bean dish, and eggplant tuna patty.
Tohfe brand was presented to the market with supply commercial fishes and shrimp as frozen fillets at new phase. This brand is produced in Arman Jonub Protein Products Company with area of 8250 square meter on substructure of 3200 square meter and through exploitation from the most modern cooling and packing equipments from Germany and Denmark. Supply for more than 20 types of fish and shrimp in various weights is the result of effort made by this company.
