The RoleThe RoleWe are searching for a Finance Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Sales Manager you would lead the Sales Administration team for timely processing of Sales and Distribution financial information and provide analysis/advice that help sales and marketing management to develop and execute effective strategy and take informed business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience with a leading manufacturing company. Primary responsibilities include: • To contribute in the development and execution of strategic planning and decision making process of sales and distribution function (in respect of investments and pricing). Provide accurate and timely information on ongoing performance against targets. • To establish clear goals for sales administration ream in line with company vision, mission and strategy and focus self/team efforts in meeting these goals. • To actively contribute in meetings, activities and projects with other members of the senior sales & distribution team for planning and execution of agreed actions. Participate in negotiation of significant contracts, credit terms, and performance payment relating to the sales and distribution function. • Lead the process of design and implementation of information systems needed to support sales & distribution management for the areas like: 1- Deliveries to distributors /customers 2- Management of accounts receivable, revenue inflows and credit terms 3- Budgetary controls for sales & distribution cost 4- Profitability by area/region/distributor 5- Evaluation of investment in key sakes & distribution activities • TO develop and implement practical guidelines to ensure that adequate level of internal control exists throughout secondary supply chain, within department and within external parties working on our behalf e.g. BP. Ensure integration of sales & distribution and financial strategies and contribute towards their achievement. • Seek continues learning and development opportunities for self and team members. Increase the level of financial /commercial awareness within sales & distribution team with an objective to raise the level of objectivity behind their business decisions. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance • 5 years work experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel • Strong written and verbal English language skills • ERP system knowledge is a must |
