The RoleThe RoleWe are looking for a Finance Manager for one of Golrang subsidiaries. The job is varied and the Finance Manager will need to ensure the integrity of financial information held on the accounting system and assist the Executive Director in the prompt provision of financial decision in the organization. In addition the role will involve hands-on financial reporting, management of capital investment, budgeting and forecasting, analysis and management and control of large scale contracts. The job will also include oversight of the day to day activities of the finance department. Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Gross monthly salary: Negotiable |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience & Qualification: • Qualified Accountant (preferably) • Experience in management and statutory financial reporting and legal compliance • At least 2 years in head of finance dep. experience in retail or manufacturing sectors • 3-5 years financial management, accounting and analysis experience in a commercial environment • Experience of management role involving organizational efficiency and productivity Knowledge: • Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial management/reporting and taxation - University degree in accounting (preferably master degree) • Business Planning for a commercial organization • Principles of performance management, marketing and improvement in a customer focused organization • Knowledge of appropriate accounting and business ICT systems Skills: • Excellent leadership and management skills • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills • Effective negotiation and advocacy skills • Strong organization and decision-making skills • Team player with strong commercial acumen Other: • Fluent in English • Competency in working with financial software |
