Job Description

This role is based in our Factory in Kaveh Industrial City in Saveh. The HR Manager is responsible to define and manage the consistent implementation of human resources strategies, policies and procedures as well as all activities related to the personnel and employee relations affairs in Aujan factory in order to minimize problematic scenarios and enhance working conditions in the business unit. Main Accountabilities: - Provide advice in the design and implementation of professional HR systems and processes in order to enhance business productivity - Manage the consistent implementation of Aujan HR Policies in factory to ensure adherence to set policies and procedures. - In charge of manpower and organizational development - Maintain performance management system - Manage compensation and benefits system - Manage learning and development programs for staff - Manage recruitment projects
