The RoleThe Role• Assisting Managing Director in daily activities, (Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and posts, screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, meeting and greeting the visitors, organizing the appointments, etc.) • Preparing outgoing letters in Farsi or English either related to the customers or internal correspondences • Preparing drafts, documents, presentations and reports of Managing Director by finding, assembling, and summarizing information • Supporting specific projects and carrying out researches • Attending meetings, taking notes and following up the meeting action items • Making travel arrangements, (including ticket booking, hotel reservation, passport handling, etc.) • Coordinating Visa, accommodation, administration issues within the company • Organizing meetings with clients, suppliers and within the company • Maintaining contact and communications with individuals, groups and associations • Supporting purchasing and administration of the department |
RequirementsRequirements• University degree in related fields, (Industrial Engineering and other Engineering fields are preferred) • Excellent command of both written & spoken Farsi & English • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience • Eager to learn and develop his/herself in logistics sector, quality management & operations • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications, (Word, Power Point, Excel) • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent analytical skills and ability to process data • Self-motivated; strong communication and interpersonal skills • No restrictions for travelling • No obligation of military service for male candidates |
