The RoleThe RoleObjective: 1. Ensure that the project technical document controlling and information flowing systems are in place and meet the need of project operation and comply with the Company's policy and industry best practice. 2. Perform duties in an efficient,professional and courteous manner. Main responsibilities: 1. Act as the focal point to plan, track, register, archive and control the technical documents as per his/her direct supervisor's requirement. 2. Assist the direct supervisor to establish the technical document control procedure, as well as the implementation, revision and improvement of such procedure. 3. Control the flow of information related to external submission into the computer system.Includes following-up on the preparation of input documents to ensure compliance with input requirements and timely dispatch for computer processing, receiving printouts and distributing to personnel concerned. 4. Investigate causes for delays in submitting documents for the preparation of reports,recommend necessary corrective action and report to supervisor accordingly. 5. Perform other similar or related duties such as answering queries, preparing statistical reports. Accountabilities: 1. Effective and efficient document control system, including procedure and staff network. 2. Timely and quality project document control status report. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant sector Previous experience: - 6 years of experience in document control functions, preferred with mega EPC project experience. - 3 years of experience in technical document control functions, basic knowledge in oil&gas industry will be preferred. Specialist knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office Other Skills: MS Office Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: Fluent in English |
