The RoleThe RoleObjective: Sets sales targets for sales supervisors based on sales strategy and monitors their performance • Prepares the annual budgets in own area of responsibility • Executes all aspects of sales planning including pricing, product mix, merchandising, channel development, distribution etc... •Developing distribution Branches in areas which the company is planning to cover directly • Manages sales supervisors and branch managers and encourages teamwork in close coordination with Sales Director • Provides sales forecasts, monthly, quarterly and annual reports • Discusses and approves all the support from the branch managers and sales supervisors to ensure the necessary processes including customer credit limits, over dues, stock allocations •Oversees all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in market share • Training and development of sales staff • Maximizing HPI sales in his area of responsibility at the lowest cost possible and the lowest receivable (ACC.R) amount possible. • Making sure that the trade allowance system is strictly respected across his region. • Achieving the maximum coverage of products in his area of responsibility. Reporting to : Sales & Distribution Director Number required: 1 Duration: Fixed term contract ( one year) Probation: 3 months Travel requirements: Domestic travel requirements as needed |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications: Preferably BA in Commercial Management or any relevant field Previous experience: At least 5 years experience in sales or distribution Other qualifications: - Good command of Ms-Office( Excel, Word and Power Point) - Report generating skills Other Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills - High teamwork skills Ideal Age Range: Between 30 - 40 years old |
