The RoleThe RoleResponsible for answering customer calls, handling inquiries and ensure customers requests in a competent, courteous and efficient manner. • Demonstrate high quality customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all customers have a requirement are looking for an accurate and timely action. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of project so that customers are provided with complete information on pricing, services and technical information with confidence at all times. • Ensure department and individual targets are met through the sales leads • Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve service so that company provide consistent high level of services to all customers • Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive to promote a positive team spirit. • Acting as a problem-solver to take ownership of all customer queries and provide solutions to close issues. • Organizing records of customer requirements / special requests, daily follow-ups and plan a course of action to ensure that set targets and goals are achieved. • Liaise with Sales & Technical team to communicate latest updates of customers |
RequirementsRequirements• University degree in related fields • Good command of English • Working knowledge of MS Office • Customer-oriented, passion for delighting customers with interpersonal skills • Self motivated, tolerant and capable of working independently • Experience in Tele-sales , After sales and Customer Interface jobs considered as an advantage |
