The RoleThe Role• Monitor cost spent on all drilling contracts with the support of contract focal points. • Monitor and assure accuracy of recorded well costs with the support of contract focal points. • Provide support in well cost estimations. • Close out well AFE's with Finance Departments. • Prepare Drilling contracts with the support of contract focal points. • Liaise with Contract Focal Points and C&P on contract start up and contract close outs. • Benchmarking of equipment prices. There will be occasional travels to the site in Ahwaz as per request. |
RequirementsRequirementsHigher education Diploma but preferably a Bachelors Degree or higher, in a technical or engineering subject; 5-10 years experience in cost and contract management in oil industry; Experienced in working in a diverse and multicultural environment; • Fluent in English (and preferably in Farsi) both verbally and in writing. • Computer literate and a competent user of windows applications, such as Microsoft word, excel and power point. • Good analytical skills. • Good writing and presentation skills. • Regularly exposed to and familiar with audit activities and roles in the Contracts and Procurement functions of an operating company. • High level of integrity, good controls awareness. |
