Job Description

The CTO will be leading a growing team of about 100 people in 7 subsections in the Technical division. He/She will report directly to the CEO and will implement the technical strategies collaboratively developed with the CEO. Therefore he/she will be responsible for the entire IT operations in the company. These operations include, but are not limited to, network, security, monitoring, applications, data center and RF field operations. He/She will also be responsible for overseeing and improving the processes in the technical department. All the operations and processes are based on the ITIL framework.

Requirements

-Education: BS/MS degree in Engineering/Science within an appropriate discipline. -Experience: 10+ years of experience in design, build, operations and support of IT services with 6+ years in a leadership role. Other Skills: -High Emotional Intelligence. -Outstanding leadership, team building, and motivational skills. - Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem solving and decision making skills. - Having knowledge about TCO, ROI. - Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions. - Excellent time management, organizational skills and meeting deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to drive teams around change, process improvement. -Familiar with Cisco devices and Microsoft products. -Familiar with ITIL Standard. - Military service must be completed. - Ideal Age Range: 35-45
