The RoleThe RoleObjective: Objective: Overall leadership and management of the financial function in the Company's Aluminium Can Factory. Main responsibilities: Finance: - Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. - Oversee cash, investment, and asset management. - Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships. - Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans. Planning, Policy, and Investor Relations: - Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets. - Develop financial business plans and forecasts. - Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team. - Engage the board of directors to develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections. - Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, public officials, etc. Accounting and Administration: - Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function; supervise finance staff. - Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. - Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting; oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. - Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Reporting to: Assistant General Manager Subordinates: Existing team of 5 Other interactions: With other Senior Managers and Board of Directors Number required: 1 Duration: Permanent Desired start date: As soon as possible Probation: 3 months Working hours: Sat - Wed: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Thurs: 8 am to 12 Noon Travel requirements: Occasionally to Tehran and Dubai Gross monthly base salary : 45,000,000 IRR Commission / Bonus: End of year bonus based on company policy Other Benefits: Company Car, Local housing, Complimentary Insurance |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications: Degree or postgraduate degree in Accountancy Previous experience: Minimum 10 years experience in senior management accountancy roles with substantial exposure to industrial accountancy Specialist knowledge: - Experience working with information technology to manage finance and accounting software packages. Other Skills: - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills. - Excellent organization skills Ideal Age Range: 40 to 50 Gender Preference: Male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: English and Farsi Current Residence: Iran |
