The Role


The Role


• Participate in cross-functional tasks that address strategic business issues involving CRM
• Complete & classify reports, lists, labels and custom data collections to support the work of the organization
• Assist with managers that require CRM support
• Receiving complaints in different methods (in person, phone, fax, email)
• Complaint handling in 3 priority and follow them to related unit by considering deadline of units
• Assure data integrity, accuracy and completeness
• Produce reports on both an on-going and ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across Margarine organization
• Makes new and mutual Values for Customers
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements through user feedback and observations
• Interact with multiple departments to resolve CRM issues and updates
• Implementation of the Customer satisfaction Management System based ISO10004
• Update and maintain database documentation including data standards, policies and procedures
• Review data from CRM and prepare reports/analyses to guide business decision-making
• Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with system based CRM required
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM system is required
• Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and discrepancies
• Being familiar with ISO 9001, 10002, 10004 Standards
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ideal Age: 23-32
