Job Description
Reports to CEO and manages and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the executive Office. Provides various confidential administrative responsibilities to include Board and Committee minutes, correspondence from/to CEO, various reports.
- Manages CEO calendar, setting key internal and community meetings, internal and external, and monitors phones, emails and correspondence of CEO.
- Assures that the quality of outgoing reports, correspondence and other printed information is of high quality.
- Completes specific work projects as assigned.
- Screens phone calls, redirects calls and directs complaints to proper channels.
- Prepares for meetings, notifies participants, prepares agenda, orders food, and organizes room set-up and IT needs.
- Interacts on regular basis with senior level administration, members of board of directors, hospital and clinic employees, volunteers and visitors.
- Maintains files in an organized and easily accessible fashion.
- Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team.
