The Role


The Role


Our principals FirePro Systems, manufacturers and worldwide suppliers of FirePro fire suppression systems, are looking for an individual with high caliber to work closely with us and implement the strategic plan for Iran. Pars Ajirak is the Exclusive Distributor of FirePro in Iran.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-Carry out a market analysis of Iran and submit an annual business plan and sales targets for the important market segments.
-Identify new distribution channels in Iran.
-Work with Pars Ajirak in Iran to evaluate the market and identify new market segments and target new clients.
-Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.
-Track and record sales targets of channel partners and help to close deals to meet these targets.
-Initiate and complete proposals and presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
-Maintain an excellent client relationship with Distributor and channel partners.
-Submit daily progress reports to Senior Management.
-Train and support channel partners in order to maximize sales.
-Travel within Iran to support channel partners and facilitate new business.
-Be technically proficient in our systems and technology, as well as all other competitive fire suppression systems.

Requirements


Requirements


-University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably from an English speaking University. An MBA qualification will be considered an advantage.
-A minimum of 4-5 years’ industrial experience in a similar position, within the Fire suppression industry.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Farsi languages.
-Client-focused with strong Relationship Management skills,
-Demonstrate credibility, integrity and professionalism.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-Business and commercial acumen.
-Highly organized, thorough and proficient at multitasking.
-Flexible, resourceful and possess a thirst for continuous learning.
-The ability to work autonomously and at the same time be an asset to any team.
-Passionate in their commitment to the role and to the Company.
-Iranian Nationality - Holder of Iranian passport - Able to travel abroad.
-Military service completed - Clean criminal record.
-Ideal Age:30-45

Company was established in 1974 under name of HOSE LINE which changed to "PARS AJIRAK Middle East" after Iranian revolution in 1979.
We are one of the first companies in the fire-protection field in Iran, Initially started its activities as a manufacturer of "fire boxes", "hose reels" and "fire extinguishers" and import of Halona gas, hoses, fire landing valves ,automatic fire extinguishers and gradually developed to an Iranian leading company in all fire-related fields such as design & install of automatic fire-detection and protection sales and distribution of all fire-fighting equipment's (either imported a produced locally), consultation services and etc., mainly focusing on the world's latest and most advanced fire detection systems and technology, providing the best &most reliable services with the support of its professional technical team , trained in UK and USA. Pars Ajirak Middle East is now having the first rank in Iranian fire fighting syndicate. We are sole distributor and local branch of Fike safety systems ( Rafiki Protection) , FirePro, Tyrrell.
Comprised of 14 engineers, 6 installer teams as well as 12 sub-distributors all around Iran. Pars Ajirak offer a 24/7 call out service by phone, OOVOO messenger and remote site services through internet.
