Job Description

- Organizing, planning, controlling and following up the internal activities related to the Managing Director. - Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments - Handling Communication with the personnel, managers and organizations - Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material with MS Office Suite.

- Education: BA/BS degree and higher - Experience: minimum 3 years - Skills: Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Time Management Multitasking Office software (Word and Excel) Techniques of reporting - Character: Highly Organized, Energetic, Pro-active, Self-sufficient, Highly motivated, Team player, Observant, Learner, Creative
