The Role


The Role


- Dominant in S&OP processes.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Ability to technical understanding to product, material and machinery.
- Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team.
- Preferred have worked experience in the cellulose industry.
- Have strong communication skill and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with contract processes.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Familiar with calculation P&L and financial processes.
- Management power and leadership of personnel.

- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- At least 5 years’ experience in related fields.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software.
- Gender: Male
