The Role


1. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors

2. Ensure all day to day necessities are available

3. Manage and organize the office staff

4. Ensure good house keeping standards are
followed at office and site

5. Coordinate with travel agents and visa sections to assist incoming and outgoing travellers

6. Manage office canteen

7. Responsible for IT and stationery

8. Responsible for office maintenance

Requirements


Requirements


- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

- Good communication skills

- Fluency in English and Persian

- Hands-on with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

- Max. 30 years of age

- Based in Tabriz
