The Role


Objective: Administrator Assistant

Main responsibilities:
Coordinating all duties related to manager with different department, coordinating travel requirements such as scheduling, visa and invitation letter, Coordinate the meeting, filing, managing company's communications, correspondences, emails, collecting all mail, fax and send email message , preparation and processing of reports.

Reporting to: Manager

Number required: 1

Duration: Unlimited

Desired start date: As soon as possible

Probation: 1 month

Working hours: 8:00-17:30 5 days in a week

Travel requirements: --

Gross monthly base salary: To be negotiated

University qualifications: BA in related Major

Previous experience: Minimum 5 years

Specialist knowledge: office, word, excel, Internet, power point, ...

Other Skills: Good relationship, ability to work with others

Ideal Age Range: 30-40

Language Skills: Persian/ English
