The Role


The Role


- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
- Translate documents when required.
- Prepare required report related to the operation.
- Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization’s databases.
- Back-up electronic files using proper procedures.
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
- Arrange meetings and conference rooms.
- Handling HR routing activities.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements


Requirements


- University degree in Business administration, marketing or related field.
- Excellent command of both Iranian & English languages.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent Follow up skills.
- Good Team Player.
- 2 – 7 years’ experience is a plus.
- To be able to work under pressure.
