The Role


- Implementing affairs related to typing, editing, form setting, charts and transactions.
- Keeping record, of information, the task procedures and taking record in Elmo Sanat software program.
- Phone negotiations with sellers including malls, shopping centers, and producers for shopping attributed affairs.
- The responsibility of controlling and surveying according to service affairs of company.
- Supervising all affairs related to administration jobs and services.
- All affairs related to time sheets of the personnel

- Bachelor in communications, Literature, Psychology or Sociology is preferred

- At least 3 years related work experience

- Strong communication skills and team work ability

- Highly energetic and motivated

- Familiar with Office & Excel
