The Role


The Role


Job Purpose

To coordinate the company's travel needs and provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Major Accountabilities

-Work as the single point of contact for all travel related inquiries of internal customers.
-Schedule hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances
-Meet and greet clients and keep the reception area tidy
-Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
-Book and arrange meetings
-Arrange and distribute couriers
-Record daily supplies expenditures and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
-Provide word-processing and secretarial support to the division
-Provide support in administrative projects as requested

Ideal Background

Education: University degree, related major preferred
Languages: Fluent in written & spoken - English and Persian
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role

Other Skills Required:

-Good interpersonal and organization skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
-Focus, detail oriented and follow-upper.
-Ability to coordinate well internally across departments and functions and at all seniority levels to avoid ambiguity in high volume itineraries
-Good command of English language (both oral and written) and hard ball negotiation skills.
