Objective: - General view to all aspects of 3G/LTE RF network service - Plan/Optimize available RF resources to maximize the efficient capacity - Ensure about Rightel user experience and end user services - General view to all aspects of 3G/LTE RF network service - Planning new sites and modifying existing network configurations - Deliver the engineering guidelines (link budget, design rules and threshold) - Optimize available RF resources to maximize the efficient capacity - Conducting site survey for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements - Implement and participated in RF Frequency planning - Planning and re-planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs - Deliver the geomarketing data required for nominal planning - Dimension the RAN according to the traffic forecasts and deliver the RAN budget - Study and implement RF strategies and optimize it until achieving maximum efficiency - Boost the end user data services throughput by using last available vendors RF technologies - Find the network bottle necks by analyzing RF network indexes Main responsibilities : - Definition of standard procedures for radio network planning based on requirements. - Leading and making the changes of RF network configuration and parameters to meet the main (3G/LTE) RF KPI thresholds - Ensure about the accurate coverage of each technology by analyzing DT Reports - Make sure about the end user service quality experience and modify the RF Network to increase the users satisfaction level - Attend in brain storms and try to improve the current routines as a member of team - Perform site candidate evaluation and selection - Study and modify the RF Network default parameters - Analyzing and performing the required actions to minimize and clear the external RF interference effects - Handling RNO related trouble and network performance tickets - Support of leasing/zoning teams - Keep the RF Network ready for the next technology developments - Study and optimize the RF Network Multi-RAT, Multi-Band Carrier Strategy - Handling Customer complaint and perform the changes to clear the problems - Knowledge transfer of all radio planning processes to other colleagues. - Perform design criteria, system dimensioning, and link budget and traffic analysis - Generate RF engineering related reports" Reporting to: RNP/O Team Leaders Subordinates: - RNP/O Subcontractors - Rollout Other interactions: - Subcontractors - Marketing - PMO - Transmission - Rollout - Integration - O&M, MS - Regulatory - Customer Care Team Working hours: from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM (excluding Thursdays) Travel requirements: Yes, in needed times
